CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT PLANS
Our doctor’s can help develop an individualised care plan can help manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, arthritis and chronic pain. Some care plan patients are eligible for referral to allied health providers at a subsidised cost.
Our doctors and nurses may assist with minor procedures which may include but are not limited to ‘freezing therapy’ for sunspots, warts and mole, treatment of abscesses, ear wax removal, ECG, Spirometry (lung test), and Oximetry (oxygen level).

BONE DENSITY CLINC
Bone density testing is a medical procedure used to determine bone density or strength. It may assist in identifying Osteoporosis or Osteopenia and risk of future bone fractures. Most tests are quick and pain free.
SKIN CANCER & MOLE CHECKS
The sooner a skin lesion is detected, the better your chances of successfully treating it. The screening will reveal any lesions or moles that are at risk of being or becoming cancerous. Your physician will determine if further action is needed and will discuss the results with you in detail.
